Job Description
About the role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this key role will partner across the business to deliver financial reporting, analysis and planning support that enables informed decision-making and drives business performance. You will provide commercial insights, challenge assumptions and help translate complex financial information into meaningful outcomes for operational stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating monthly forecasting, reporting and variance analysis activities to support business performance.
Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights, and decision-making support.
Supporting annual business planning, budgeting and financial modelling activities.
Preparing Board, Executive and management reporting.
Performing financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
Enhancing financial reporting systems, data integrity and analytics capabilities.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across financial planning and reporting processes.

What we are looking for:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting, with CA/CPA qualification (or working towards completion).
Experience in management accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and ERP systems within an organisation of similar size and operational complexity.
Experience providing financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making.
Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
